Connect Dots In What’s Around Me (Innovation and Opportunity)

This is about noticing patterns and ecosystems in the world around us. Seeing how things affect each other and connecting them. Others may not see these connections and the useful ones create opportunities.

Connect Dots For Others (Leadership)

Many don’t see the connected dots around us. Sometimes they are well known but not by the people we are leading and helping grow in their careers or life in general. Connecting dots here is sharing those connections with others so they can understand, see opportunities, and sometimes take them. This is part of teaching.
